At Luna we encourage participants to enter with an open mind, ready to breathe in the sounds and tones of the bowls and instruments, and allow themselves to fully relax and restore
When you arrive, you will be welcomed in to a calm, softly lit space designed to help you unwind from the world outside.
As you enter you, you are encouraged to choose a spot wherever you are most comfortable, and allow yourself to fully Relax.Release.Restore.

Sound Bath - 1hr

Allow yourself to unwind from your busy schedule. Relax your body, calm your mind and fall in to a soft meditative state.
Each Sound Bath group session is 1hr, arriving 15 minutes earlier is encouraged as we prefer to prevent late interruptions.
Corporate Session

A corporate sound bath is a guided group relaxation experience that helps teams reset, recharge, and reconnect. Using crystal singing bowls and many other instruments, participants are immersed in calming sound while resting comfortably.

Home Birth - Labour Only
$40 per extra person
Allow yourself to unwind from your busy schedule. Relax your body, calm your mind and fall in to a soft meditative state. All in the comfort of your own private space.
This option is private address only, address is noted when checking out.
Bookings only accepted between 10am-2pm unless booked in advance for preferred times. booking enquiries required by email, before confirmation and payment can be placed

This service involves the use of therapeutic sound instruments such as crystal singing bowls and grounding tones, played intuitively throughout labour and postpartum support. The sound vibrations help to create a soothing atmosphere that can ease tension, support nervous system regulation, and promote a sense of inner focus and surrender during the birthing process Also aiding in the importance of relaxation and calm in postpartum healing.
1 pre labour session with support person ie partner/family
Maximum 5 hours for labour service with 2 breaks
2 Postpartum session
Bookings in advance with rough idea of date, give or take 2 days
if overdue refund of certain amount will be processed
Emergency call out fee of $50 if outside of that window
